【摘要】提出了以工业PC机为核心、采用SGT400-SV运动控制器控制的三轴联动蠕动式点胶机的数控系统设计方案。重点介绍了对滴胶影响较为严重的Z轴的体系构成、累积误差的消除方法,并对点胶时序进行了说明。从硬件、软件两个方面对蠕动式点胶机系统架构进行设计,实践证明该蠕动式点胶机达到了预期效果。
